🍴🚚 Celebrating Our 11th Grade Business Students and the Food Truck Experience! 🚚🍴 After a year of hard work learning about food trucks and business management, our select group of 11th grade business students took their skills to the next level in the third installation of the Food Truck Experience! Partnered with SFE, these students produced a full meal based on their innovative food truck concepts developed right in the classroom. Building on their understanding of the food truck model and menu creation, the students saw everything come together in a hands-on, exciting way. They not only had fun but also gained valuable insights into food preparation, sales, and customer service—skills that will serve them well on their future journeys. Ramah High School of Business Students to Attend Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference in Orlando Students from Ramah High’s Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter will attend the 2025 BPA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL May 7-11. The conference will bring together an estimated six thousand delegates from across the country to vie for top honors in business and information technology skills competitions, attend leadership and professional development workshops, receive awards for community service activities and elect BPA’s 2025–26 national student leadership team. “The National Leadership Conference is more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of dedication, growth, and achievement,” said Devin Alexander, BPA’s Interim Executive Director. “We are thrilled to bring together BPA’s best and brightest to showcase their talents, build lifelong connections, and take the next steps in their leadership and career journeys.” The students from the Ramah High BPA chapter attending the conference are: Autumn Cooche, a Senior, who placed 2nd in Advanced Spreadsheet Application and 3rd in Fundamental Word Processing. She also passed the BPA Merit Scholar Exam at the state level. D’Ondray Shelendewa, a Junior and the RHS BPA Chapter President, placed 1st in Fundamental Word Processing. Darren Garcia, a Sophomore and the RHS BPA Chapter Vice President, placed in 4th in Fundamental Accounting. Orrin Grassie, a Freshman, placed 2nd in Entrepreneurship and was a state finalist in Presentation Team. ‘As their advisor I have seen the benefit and opportunities our students are getting through BPA. Business Professionals of America gives our students the chance to apply their skills in real-world scenarios, build confidence, and grow as future leaders. Watching these four students qualify for Nationals is a powerful reminder of how dedication and opportunity can come together to open incredible doors.
